Associate Director, Wealth & Corporate Client Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead comprehensive wealth management services for our corporate and high‑net‑worth Japanese clientele in Singapore. The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic relationship management and the acquisition of new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored wealth management solutions that align with clients' financial objectives and support business expansion.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by proactively scheduling visits and regular check‑in calls.
• Identify and engage prospective Japanese clients to increase assets under management and meet sales targets.
• Apply in‑depth knowledge of equities and fixed‑income products to advise clients on investment decisions.
• Leverage networks within the Japanese high‑net‑worth community, both locally and internationally, to foster business development and client retention.
• Utilise fluent spoken and written Japanese to communicate clearly and build trust.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wealth management or private banking serving corporate and high‑net‑worth Japanese clients.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑service orientation.
• Proactive business‑development mindset with a track record of acquiring new clients.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of equities and fixed‑income investment products.
• Fluent Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written).
