Associate Engineer

About the role

Singtel is looking for an Associate Engineer to support end‑to‑end order provisioning for fibre‑based products and ensure timely commissioning for corporate customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver high‑quality network services while upholding safety and SLA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle order provisioning for fibre services, meeting Customer Request Dates.
• Oversee delivery, implementation, and maintenance of fibre‑based solutions for corporate clients.
• Assist the manager in generating, analysing, and reporting operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Provide provisioning support to customers and the Customer Fronting Unit.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure excellent service delivery and resolve operational issues.
• Act as Local Access Project Coordinator for fibre service implementation, aligning internal departments and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with SLA requirements, safety guidelines, and internal SOPs.
• Support service‑assurance activities, customer engagement, and continuous process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Nitec/higher Nitec qualification or Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus.
