Associate – Forensic Data Analytics (2027 Graduate)

About the role

EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice is seeking a graduate associate to join its Forensic Data Analytics team. The role will support investigations, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution by analysing large volumes of structured and unstructured data. You will work closely with fraud investigators, auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse large data sets from ERP, accounting and other systems.
• Apply analytical techniques to detect known and unknown fraud patterns.
• Perform end‑to‑end data lifecycle tasks: extraction, transformation, loading, analysis, visualisation and client delivery.
• Prepare detailed working papers, schedules and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Present findings to non‑technical audiences and meet tight project timelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
