Associate Manager – Business Development

About the role

Join Michael Page International as an Associate Manager, an individual contributor role with the potential to fast‑track to a Team Manager position for candidates with prior people‑management experience. You will specialise in recruitment business development across multiple industry desks.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing – act as the primary contact for internal talent acquisition needs.
• Lead Generation – organise activities, events and meetings to generate commercially important leads.
• Key Account Management – manage relationships with top‑brand clients in the Singapore market.
• Team Management – opportunity to lead a team of 1‑4 people within six months.
• Engagement – utilise social media, events and cold‑calling to drive new business.
• Closing – negotiate and close recruitment contracts with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with 2 years in a people‑management role.
• Demonstrated passion for commercial roles and a track record of business development.
• Values aligned with the company and ability to build rapport with C‑level executives.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
