Associate Manager, Commercial Training

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an Associate Manager to design and deliver training programs for its Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists. The role focuses on building technical competencies that align with customer expectations and supports the company’s mission to improve patient mobility worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve short‑, medium‑ and long‑term training modules for sales and clinical teams.
• Conduct training needs analyses, monitor effectiveness, and ensure all new hires complete required training before field deployment.
• Create formal assessments after each module to maintain high standards of professionalism and capability.
• Participate in workshops, review surgical techniques, and study clinical articles to provide up‑to‑date advice to team members.
• Track attendance rates and learning assessment scores to measure training impact.

Required profile

• Excellent coaching and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to process, organization and meticulousness.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on superior customer service.
• Proven track record in adult training program development and delivery.
