Associate Media Producer

About the role

The Associate Media Producer will own the end‑to‑end execution of film and media content projects for Apex Productions. Working from pre‑production planning through client handover, you will ensure timely delivery of high‑quality video assets across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle – from kickoff, scheduling, crew coordination, on‑site execution, to post‑production oversight and client delivery.
• Develop creative pitch decks, content ideas and production proposals for new and existing clients.
• Maintain content calendars, map deliverables and align production milestones with campaign timelines.
• Build and monitor production schedules and budgets, flagging variances early to protect margins.
• Scout and secure locations, talent, equipment and vendors; maintain relationships with freelance crew and suppliers.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison with clients, coordinating meetings and keeping them informed throughout the project.
• Support content production and event coverage as needed – shoot, edit and deliver across formats.
• Edit video and media content for social cuts, event recaps and client deliverables to production‑ready standards.
• Produce internal company content during downtime, including social media videos and brand films.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Film Production, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in film/video production, content production or project management within a creative environment.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects from brief to delivery in a fast‑paced, lean setting.
• Strong commercial awareness and sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of video production workflows (pre‑production, on‑set coordination, post‑production).
• Video editing proficiency.
• Comfort with AI‑driven production tools.
