Associate Package Consultant – EA Business Transformation & Change

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking an Associate Package Consultant to join the EA Business Transformation & Change team. In this role you will partner with leading organisations to design and execute transformation programmes that improve efficiency, reduce costs and drive performance. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver change‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement transformation strategies and change‑management plans.
• Support client adoption of change through stakeholder engagement, communication activities and training.
• Identify and propose business process improvements, ensuring successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement to monitor progress and guarantee project success.

Required profile

• Understanding of change‑management fundamentals and best practices.
• Experience with business transformation initiatives and ability to analyse processes.
• Proven capability to develop client‑focused solutions and strategies.
• Ability to design and implement effective change‑management plans.
• Strong business process analysis skills to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Experience supporting client engagements throughout transformation projects.
