Associate Partner - CRL (Digital Supply Chain & Product Strategy)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a seasoned Digital Transformation and Supply Chain leader with 15+ years of experience to act as Associate Partner in its CRL practice in Singapore. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of product, solutions and delivery, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver revenue growth, cost optimization and improved customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap, launch digital products and set industry blueprints for supply chain SaaS platforms (OMS, WMS, TMS, inventory optimization, POS)
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs, including order-to-cash, store fulfillment and customer engagement, and supply chain roadmaps for global clients
• Oversee solution architecture, lead cross-functional teams and drive automation of solutioning processes (RFPs, pre-sales, implementation)
• Partner with sales teams, engage C-level stakeholders, build pipelines and lead proposals and solution presentations
• Manage multi-million-dollar programs from concept to execution, applying Agile methodologies and governance frameworks
• Improve customer satisfaction, fulfillment speed and accuracy, inventory turnover and cost efficiency, and enable real-time visibility through analytics and reporting
• Build and mentor teams across product, consulting and delivery, developing capability models, accelerators and training programs

Required profile

• 15-20+ years of experience in digital supply chain, product management or consulting
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs ($5M+)
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, technology or logistics
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales, business development and stakeholder management
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, experience with global consulting firms or SaaS product organizations, exposure to SAP, Manhattan Associates, o9 or similar, and experience leading global teams
