Associate Project Manager (Launch & PMO)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Associate/Manager to support strategic initiatives across business operations and program delivery. This role will play a critical part in coordinating business account reviews, driving project management efforts, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of business account reviews by consolidating inputs and performance metrics from multiple workstreams, maintaining regular reporting cadence, and ensuring alignment across departments.
• Provide project management support from presales through execution, creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, facilitating meetings, tracking milestones, and managing risks.
• Support analysis of existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, develop scalable processes and SOPs, and partner with internal teams to implement and monitor improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a business, technology or operations setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project).
• Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies in matrix project organisations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making.
