Associate / Senior Associate – Ecosystem Enablement (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Associate/Senior Associate will support Temasek Singapore’s Ecosystem Enablement team in shaping public policy, building stakeholder relationships, and advancing ecosystem partnerships across priority domains such as agrifood, artificial intelligence, biomedical sciences and heat resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and assess public policy and regulatory developments relevant to Temasek, its portfolio companies and the broader ecosystem.
• Help develop policy positions, strategic perspectives and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic external relationships with government officials, regulators and ecosystem partners.
• Drive initiatives that advance project priorities and commercial outcomes.
• Conduct research, synthesize insights across domains, and support logistical planning for senior‑level engagement platforms.
• Assist with team initiatives, including the development of AI‑agentic workflows.
