Associate / Senior Associate – PR & Influence

Ready to turn your passion for PR and social media into tangible impact for leading brands? Ogilvy is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with 1‑3 years of agency experience to help craft compelling content, develop best‑in‑class PR strategies and boost brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies, including executive profiling and corporate communications.
• Support media relations by cultivating journalist relationships, pitching stories and monitoring media coverage.
• Produce insightful reports from media monitoring across platforms.
• Coordinate project logistics such as scheduling meetings, tracking timelines and preparing status reports.
• Create and schedule engaging social content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Translate client briefs into actionable deliverables and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current social media trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
