Associate / Senior Associate, Risk Services - Digital Audit

About the role

PwC's Risk Services practice offers independent assurance and insight on business controls, helping clients protect and strengthen their operations from people to performance, systems to strategy. This Associate / Senior Associate position sits in the Information Technology Risk Assurance line of service, supporting clients in managing risks such as cybersecurity breaches and supply chain breaks, and in building digital confidence through resilient technology systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' existing processes and IT systems.
• Evaluate the overall setup and identify main risk areas by assessing business process controls, application controls and IT controls against regulations, standards and industry benchmarks.
• Execute detailed investigations using strong technical knowledge of various IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve key controls across business and technology processes.
• Prepare IT audit written reports covering findings (control issues and gaps) and propose corrective action plans to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, accountancy or another related field.
• At least 3 years of IT audit experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP or PCI DSS are highly preferred.
• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
