About the role

George P. Johnson (GPJ) is seeking an experienced Associate/Producer to lead production efforts for key client accounts. You will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of creative and marketing projects across multiple media platforms, ensuring they meet brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, keeping initiatives on brief, on time and on budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets and supplier contracts.
• Brief creative and strategy teams on requirements and monitor output against schedules.
• Support the creation and launch of digital experiences across various touch points.
• Drive cross‑agency collaboration to align with client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for both one‑on‑one and large‑group settings.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities, capable of guiding teams and managing workload effectively.
