Audio Visual Resources Executive (One North)

About the role

The Audio Visual Resources Executive will support Fairfield Methodist School (Secondary) by managing all audio‑visual and public address systems, ensuring smooth operation during school events and daily teaching activities. This fixed‑term role offers hands‑on experience in a school environment, training student volunteers and collaborating with vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Train and supervise student PA crew for assemblies, chapel sessions and school events.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for the PA system and related AV equipment.
• Manage AV set‑up requests for major events, maintain inventory and loan records.
• Provide technical support for live and recorded broadcasts, including YouTube Live and Facebook Live.
• Assist the ICT Head of Department with procurement, vendor liaison and compliance for AV purchases.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for classroom projectors, visualizers and other AV assets.
• Mentor students in operating AV equipment and running live events.

Required profile

• Relevant certification in audio, video or media production.
• At least 1 year experience operating AV equipment.
• At least 1 year experience with live broadcasting events.
• At least 1 year experience working in a school‑based environment.

Required skills

• PA system operation and troubleshooting.
• AV equipment handling (projectors, visualizers, cameras).
• Live streaming platforms – YouTube Live, Facebook Live.
• Inventory and asset management.
• Vendor coordination and procurement support.
• Preventive maintenance of classroom AV devices.

What we offer

• Monthly salary SGD 2,800 – 3,100 (visible).
• Fixed‑term 1‑year contract (Nov 2026 – Oct 2027).
