Audit Partner – Lead Audit Engagements

About the role

FOZL Group Singapore is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering high‑quality audit work, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic insights to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior management on business development and market expansion.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering professional growth and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and align audit services with overall objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to sign audit reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proven track record managing large audit engagements.
