Audit Senior Manager / Director

About the role

Deloitte Singapore is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager/Director to lead a team of audit professionals serving a diverse portfolio of publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, local conglomerates, and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver audit engagements for clients across the Audit and Financial Services Industry.
• Oversee IPO‑related work, due‑diligence assignments, and special investigations.
• Set clear priorities, align team objectives with client and Deloitte goals, and ensure high‑quality client service.
• Develop and mentor high‑performing audit teams, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes positively.

Required profile

• Accounting degree or professional qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of audit experience in a professional practice.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing diverse audit teams.
