Audit Support Associate (Risk Assessment and Compliance)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented individual to join our team. This role provides administrative and coordination support for client onboarding, AML and KYC processes, ensuring regulatory and internal requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Support administration of client acceptance and continuance processes, including conflict checks, AML screening, KYC reviews, and other compliance checks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client acceptance, AML, KYC, and related compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with engagement, risk management, and compliance teams to facilitate timely completion of onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and trackers to monitor client acceptance and compliance activities.
• Support resolution of documentation gaps and follow‑up actions identified during compliance reviews.
• Perform other reasonable ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a good team player.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good organisational and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to attend firm‑organised training on relevant topics.
