Automation, Digitalization & AI Internship

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative intern to join Bosch’s Automation, Digitalization & AI team in Singapore. The role offers hands‑on experience in digital transformation, process improvement and emerging AI technologies within a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Identify repetitive or manual processes across Central IT and business functions and propose automation opportunities.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Explore, prototype and evaluate practical applications of AI and Generative AI to boost productivity.
• Assist in process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing and implementation, including dashboards, workflows and prototypes.
• Track and communicate the impact of digitalisation initiatives such as time savings and efficiency gains.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, presentations and training materials in collaboration with IT, business stakeholders and regional/global teams.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about learning digital transformation and AI concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
