Automation Full Stack Developer – Enterprise ITSM

About the role

Join the Tooling group within the Monitoring & Automation team at Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore as an Automation Full Stack Developer. You will design, develop and support web applications and automation workflows that improve the productivity of the bank’s infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit client needs, recommend viable solutions and translate specifications into implementation‑ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements for automation projects.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive them from idea through delivery.
• Design, develop, test and document full‑stack web applications, applying strong UI/UX best practices.
• Build and maintain the architecture of orchestration tools used for automation.
• Develop automation workflows that run without manual intervention.
• Integrate multiple tools, ensuring reliable communication and data exchange.

Required profile

• Comfortable working across the full technology stack – frontend, backend, automation/orchestration, CI/CD and production operations.
• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to adapt to various technologies.
• Experience delivering solutions in a large‑scale Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.
