Automation Tester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for our enterprise applications, ensuring high quality and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca, Tricentis NeoLoad or equivalent tools.
• Build reusable and scalable automation components to improve test efficiency.
• Create automation test cases for functional, regression, integration and smoke testing across desktop, web and mobile applications.
• Prepare test plans, scenarios and cases based on business requirements and specifications.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results and investigate defects.
• Record, track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation coverage and overall software quality.
• Produce test execution reports and communicate progress, risks and issues.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in software test automation.
• Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
