AV Engineer (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AV Engineer to lead the design, installation and support of complex audio‑visual systems across Singapore. The role involves working on live events and high‑level meetings, ensuring seamless performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead setup, integration, testing and configuration of advanced AV solutions, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
• Provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis to resolve AV issues during live events.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, system checks and firmware updates, recommending improvements based on performance data.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering clear consultations and detailed service reports.
• Mentor junior engineers in system setup and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AV installation, operations and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of AV hardware such as displays, projectors, DSPs, microphones and video‑conferencing solutions.

Required skills

• AV networking fundamentals including VLANs, IP routing, Dante and AV‑over‑IP technologies.
