AV Presales Engineer – Senior Executive

About the role

We are looking for a senior AV Presales Engineer to lead demonstrations, engage clients and manage partner relationships across Singapore. The role combines technical expertise in audio‑visual systems with strong stakeholder communication to support sales and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales demos, follow up on leads and build networks.
• Meet clients to understand needs, present solutions and handle complaints.
• Prepare quotations, track purchase orders and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Review schematic drawings, advise on procurement and ensure project readiness.
• Plan timelines, manage equipment storage/transport and track progress.
• Perform rack‑and‑stack, on‑site installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair for AV, networking and related projects.
• Carry out electrical wiring, trunking, programming and basic ladder work.
• Manage, test and commission CCTV, ELV, Bluetooth and other devices.
• Conduct testing, configuration, staging and upgrades on schedule.
• Provide on‑site support, user training and create documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in AV presales or systems integration.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to plan timelines, coordinate equipment logistics and close projects on schedule.
