AVP, Relationship Manager - Private Banking (Europe & Central Asia)

About the role

DBS Private Banking offers a full-service, personalised banking service for its clients, supported by a team of investment advisors and partnerships across the DBS network and with global institutions. This AVP, Relationship Manager position covers the Europe & Central Asia market within the Consumer Banking Group, based in DBS Asia Central.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients in the Europe & Central Asia market.
• Implement a geographically focused strategy aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Build a deep understanding of clients' investment needs.
• Provide sound financial advice to clients in partnership with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
• Act as a strong advisor on clients' wealth journeys and continuously strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5-7 years of related experience.
• Good knowledge of private banking products and solutions.
• Expertise of the Europe & Central Asia market with relevant networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client focus.
• Team player able to collaborate widely with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.
