About the role

The AVP – Securities Finance Product Solutions Delivery will act as a strategic partner for institutional clients, delivering expert advice on securities financing and collateral management while driving innovative, AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic advisor to institutional clients, identifying opportunities in securities financing and collateral management.
• Lead initiatives to maximize revenue, optimize liquidity and improve capital efficiency for client financing portfolios.
• Advise on operational best practices, leveraging automation and process improvements to reduce risk.
• Champion AI‑enabled platforms, machine‑learning insights and advanced data analytics to create predictive, value‑adding solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional product, technology, operations and control teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and expanding product penetration.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics to inform client strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, audit and finance policies throughout client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in securities finance, collateral management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of institutional client needs and market dynamics.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
