AVP/VP – Ecosystem Enablement

About the role

The Ecosystem Enablement team at Temasek Singapore is looking for a senior professional to drive public policy analysis and stakeholder engagement across key strategic domains such as energy transition, sustainability, resilience and digital transformation. Reporting to the Director, the role will partner closely with investment and portfolio development teams to translate policy insights into commercial opportunities for Temasek and its ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Policy analysis: assess policy and regulatory developments relevant to Temasek’s ecosystem.
• Stakeholder mapping and prioritisation: identify and prioritise key stakeholders across government, regulators, trade unions and ecosystem partners.
• Engagement strategy and relationship management: develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies in priority domains and build strategic relationships that support Temasek’s policy objectives and business priorities.
• Platform and forum management: plan and manage key stakeholder meetings, engagement forums and networking platforms.
• Commercial translation: convert policy insights and engagement outcomes into actionable recommendations and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in public policy analysis and stakeholder engagement within a corporate or investment environment.
• Proven ability to shape policy positions, build external relationships and influence senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate complex regulatory information into clear business recommendations.
