About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administration Officer to support our sales operations and planning activities. The role ensures smooth office workflows while providing essential administrative assistance to the sales team and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Process invoices, handle basic accounting duties, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Generate regular sales reports and track revenue and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and coordinate tender documents for government procurement processes.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Respond to partner and stakeholder enquiries and provide administrative support.
- Maintain and update customer databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Required profile
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work efficiently, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- High self‑discipline and capacity to stay focused under pressure.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
