About the role
We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our island‑wide kitchen team in Singapore. The role involves producing a variety of baked goods daily while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bread, muffins, cakes, cookies and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules.
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately for each batch.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
- Follow HACCP and other food‑safety procedures throughout the baking process.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant baking or pastry experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and handling practices.

- Permanent contract with a competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,500‑4,800.
