Barista – Café Service Specialist

About the role

The Barista delivers high‑quality coffee, beverages and light food while creating a warm, engaging and memorable guest experience. The role ensures consistency in preparation, maintains café standards and supports overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, teas, coffee and light food items to exacting standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and barista station, following opening and closing procedures.
• Process orders accurately through POS systems and handle cash and electronic payments.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service, engage with guests and provide recommendations.
• Monitor product quality, freshness and presentation, and report equipment issues.
• Support teammates during busy periods and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in café or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Professional appearance, strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, flexibility to adapt to operational needs and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and pride in product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
