Barista & Service Crew (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join our café team in Singapore as a Barista and Service Crew member. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle cash transactions, and ensure a clean dining environment while preparing a variety of drinks and food items.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service, including cashier duties.
• Prepare, serve, and sell coffee, beverages, and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with stock taking, inventory management, and timely replenishment.
• Follow Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene standards and company sanitation policies.
• Support the development of new services and product offerings.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service‑oriented, self‑motivated, and a strong team player.
• Positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Food Hygiene Certification (preferred).
• Barista experience (preferred).
