About the role
We are seeking a professional Beautician to deliver a range of skin treatments and provide exceptional client service at our health care centre across Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Perform various facial and skin treatments tailored to client needs.
- Schedule client appointments and manage the booking system.
- Enter and maintain client information and documentation.
- Conduct pre‑treatment and post‑treatment consultations.
- Respond to client queries, needs and expectations promptly.
- Promote retail products and additional services to clients.
- Handle stock taking and ensure treatment rooms are clean and tidy.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Strong time‑management, organization and teamwork abilities.
- Sales‑oriented, service‑focused and customer‑centric mindset.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
