About the role
We are looking for a Bell Person to join the Front Office team at COMO Metropolitan Singapore. The role involves welcoming guests, handling luggage, and delivering a warm, professional first impression while upholding the brand’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a confident first impression.
- Escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage handling, and provide hotel and local area information.
- Maintain the bell desk, lobby, and baggage room according to company standards, checking stations every 30 minutes.
- Open doors, deliver messages and valet items, and promote hotel facilities.
- Ensure impeccable grooming and adherence to Leading Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Assist the Front Office with additional tasks as needed and exceed guest expectations.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor with a genuine, friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to assist guests and colleagues.
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and quality assurance.
