About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Bilingual Counter Receptionist to join our wellness centre. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing bookings, and supporting the daily operations of our foot reflexology and massage services.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the spa on assigned days.
- Receive walk‑in, WhatsApp and phone bookings and schedule service slots for therapists.
- Collect payments and obtain customer initials on service cards upon completion.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure smooth customer flow.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Friendly, outspoken and quick‑minded.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Required skills
- Basic computer operation.
What we offer
- Part‑time flat‑rate salary ranging from SGD 1,000 to SGD 2,400 per month.
- Flexible schedule: 6 days a week with Sundays off for part‑time staff.
