Bilingual Sales Development Representative

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective families across its global college admissions programmes. Based in Singapore, the role blends outbound prospecting with inbound lead qualification, delivering a premium consultative experience for Mandarin‑ and English‑speaking parents.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to assess fit, readiness and intent for Crimson’s consulting programmes.
• Maintain accurate lead data and progress leads through the Salesforce pipeline with discipline.
• Schedule and prepare qualified consultations for Academic Advisors and the Country Manager, tracking outcomes and ensuring smooth handovers.
• Follow up on event‑generated leads, support school talks and represent Crimson at industry events.
• Build professional relationships with prospective families, delivering empathetic communication, especially with Mandarin‑speaking parents.
• Produce regular reporting for management and continuously improve outreach scripts and qualification techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Confident handling phone conversations with parents and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple digital tools and systems simultaneously.
• Resilient under pressure with strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM platform).
