BIM Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will support model data management and coordination across multiple disciplines, subcontractors and the main contractor (SWC). Working on a contract basis, you will ensure BIM data integrity, resolve clashes and contribute to project meetings in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate model data among architectural, structural, MEP and subcontractor teams.
• Collect, integrate, audit and maintain BIM data in line with design codes and Singapore regulations.
• Conduct BIM audits, generate progress and status reports, and highlight clashes during meetings.
• Lead CCSM/SEM model production, drawing preparation and client BIM meetings.
• Troubleshoot BIM issues and ensure data consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably on substation, SP or LTA projects.
• Strong communication, teamwork and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Singapore building and construction regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM data audit and clash detection.
• Industry BIM certification (e.g., Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is a plus.
