BIM Coordinator – MEP Systems

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead the creation, coordination and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will work closely with MEP engineers and other disciplines to ensure integrated, constructible models that meet project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting and fire protection using Autodesk Revit.
• Generate project‑specific outputs such as load schedules, single‑line diagrams, riser diagrams, panel schedules and annotated views.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with the project BIM Execution Plan, Surbana Jurong BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Lead clash detection and resolution activities in Navisworks Manage, collaborating with all design teams.
• Prepare construction drawings, coordination documentation and model data sets through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Develop and manage Revit families, BIM content libraries, templates and automation tools to improve modelling efficiency.
• Conduct thorough QA/QC checks to verify model accuracy, coordination and constructability at each delivery stage.
• Support MEP engineers in model development and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination for MEP disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650 and industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
