Senior Architectural Executive

About the role

Join SAA as a Senior Architectural Executive and lead the design and delivery of innovative projects that shape vibrant urban communities. You will work alongside a global team of architects and designers, guiding projects from concept through construction while ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Associate/Architect in executing design and management strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, review designs for regulatory compliance, and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct pre‑design studies, feasibility analyses, and site zoning assessments.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs, prepare tender documentation, and manage construction‑stage issues.
• Lead business development activities and promote sustainability best practices.
• Act as a Qualified Person under Singapore’s Building Control Act for architectural matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in leading architectural projects and coordinating with consultants.
