BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator

About the role

DP Architects is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator (or Senior BIM Coordinator) to drive advanced BIM methodologies across our projects in Singapore. You will work closely with the BIM Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless digital collaboration and high‑quality model delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM project delivery and coordinate clash detection with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain BIM models for design deliverables, authority submissions and project documentation.
• Ensure model quality by applying company and project BIM standards (ISO 19650, Singapore IDD).
• Guide project teams in adopting digital practices and continuously improve BIM processes.
• Support BIM Manager in establishing exchange, collaboration and coordination workflows.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, Singapore IDD and authority BIM submission requirements.
• Experience leading BIM coordination and clash resolution on complex projects.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Autodesk Dynamo (senior level), IFC, Revizto, ProjectWise, Solibri, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender.
• Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Programming: Python, C#, Git, SQL.
