BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and management of the Building Information Modeling process across all phases of construction projects. This role ensures that BIM standards are upheld, models are accurate, and digital workflows deliver value to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce BIM standards and ensure models comply with project specifications and legal requirements.
• Manage BIM software tools, including AutoCAD and Revit, for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and monitor shop‑drawing and sample schedules in line with procurement timelines.
• Handle submission, approval, and issuance of shop drawings and samples with consultants and authorities.
• Lead design technical meetings, support the project team on coordination issues, and assist contracts on variation claims.

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams of coordinators and drafters.
• Strong communication, initiative, and multitasking skills.
