BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to support our BIM/VDC Manager in delivering accurate 3D models and construction documentation across multiple projects in Singapore. You will work closely with site coordinators, consultants and the design team to ensure the digital model reflects the latest field conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect site information and create BIM/VDC progress simulations and schedules for presentations.
• Prepare clash reports, conduct virtual walkthroughs during technical meetings, and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop precise Revit models and generate shop drawings, concrete body plans, combined service drawings, and schedules.
• Create Revit families tailored to project requirements.
• Maintain drawing registries, record in‑and‑out drawings, and update design changes promptly.
• Coordinate with consultants to document field changes and present walkthrough sessions as needed.
• Perform additional drafting duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and BIM/VDC workflows.
