About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller (MEP) to join our team in Singapore. The role involves creating, updating and maintaining BIM models throughout the project life‑cycle, supporting design coordination and producing construction and shop drawings.

Key responsibilities

Develop and revise BIM models based on contract drawings and the latest project information.
Create BIM libraries and maintain model accuracy.
Collaborate with internal and external disciplines to manage design and model changes.
Produce construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools.
Generate plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from BIM/CAD models.

Required profile

Proven experience using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Ability to read and interpret MEP construction documents and drawings.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines.

What we offer

Permanent contract with a monthly salary range of SGD 2,800 – 4,500.
Standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:45 pm, Sat 8:30 am‑12:30 pm.
