About the role
We are looking for a Junior BIM Technician specialized in architectural design to create and maintain detailed Revit models for our projects across Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed Revit models supporting architectural design and project requirements.
- Update BIM models to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Assist in coordinating BIM tasks and detailing to enable seamless project execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of office BIM standards and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively within project teams to achieve project goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Archicad, and AutoCAD software.
- Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
