Branch Digital Executive

About the role

The Branch Digital Executive bridges traditional branch services with UOB's digital‑first operating model. You will guide walk‑in customers through transactions, promote digital banking solutions, and ensure seamless experiences across physical and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in Service and Cash Zones, handling both non‑cash digital/self‑serve and cash transactions.
• Advise customers on banking products such as UOB TMRW, BizSmart, corporate, housing loans and deposits.
• Drive digital adoption by educating customers on UOB’s digital channels and assisting with e‑form submissions.
• Support end‑to‑end account opening, guiding customers through both digital and physical processes.
• Respond promptly to queries, own escalated issues, and escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including account opening checks and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in branch banking or customer service.
• Strong orientation toward service excellence and digital transformation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both individual and business customers.
• Proactive problem‑solver with ownership mindset.
