Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the activation, execution, and management of brand marketing campaigns across global markets. The role involves overseeing advertising across digital channels, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, and using data‑driven insights to boost brand recognition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, activate, and manage brand marketing campaigns across social media, programmatic, YouTube, and local media.
• Partner with Content, Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand & PR teams, and external agencies to meet defined KPIs.
• Brief, steer, and hold creative and advertising agencies accountable for quality, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive end‑to‑end brand content creation from concept and scriptwriting through production and post‑production.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics, anchoring activity to reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Track global marketing trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing with both in‑house and agency exposure.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Experience managing creative or advertising agencies; fintech, financial services or technology background is a plus.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills, able to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
