Brand Visual Designer

About the role

Sierra is seeking a mid‑senior Brand Visual Designer to be the first dedicated brand designer in APAC, shaping the company’s visual identity across Southeast Asia and supporting regional marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Sierra's brand presence in APAC, defining visual guidelines for Southeast Asian markets.
• Localize global campaigns and content for APAC, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
• Design and produce presentations for the Go‑To‑Market team, turning complex ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Support regional marketing events from concept to execution, creating event collateral, signage, and environmental design.
• Collaborate with the US brand design team to maintain a unified creative vision while advocating for regional needs.
• Build and maintain brand systems, templates, guidelines, and libraries that enable fast, on‑brand production.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience driving brand development for global B2B, B2C, SaaS, or AI‑driven products.
• Proven track record localizing campaigns for APAC markets, especially Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a pioneer mentality, able to create structure and process from scratch.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across time zones and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Slides and Keynote for presentation design.
• Advanced experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to produce motion graphics, data visualizations, and other multimedia assets.
