Breakfast Assistant Manager – Signature Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a Breakfast Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Signature Restaurant at The Singapore EDITION. The role involves supervising the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of food quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing breakfast shift operations and staff performance.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and uniform availability for the team.
• Communicate food quality and service issues to the Chef and Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, sanitation standards, and local alcohol service regulations.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and strive to improve service performance.
• Participate in training initiatives, coach staff, and conduct performance feedback.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
• Open and close the restaurant for breakfast service as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food & beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, sanitation standards, and guest service excellence.
• Ability to supervise staff, provide feedback, and manage day‑to‑day operations.
