Building and Facilities Technician

About the role

The Building and Facilities Technician will ensure the smooth operation of building systems across the site, performing routine checks and addressing any issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, air‑conditioning, compressed air and chilled‑water systems through regular inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to keep the building operational.
• Supervise vendors during renovations to ensure smooth transitions and quality work.
• Keep AHU and switch rooms clean and well‑maintained.
• Perform hands‑on repairs for sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and building works, including simple telephone line fault finding.
• Carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum NTC education in Facilities, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.
• At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Inspection is a plus.
• Experience with IFM and hands‑on troubleshooting of electrical, air‑con and plumbing faults is advantageous.
