Building Executive – Commercial Property Management

About the role

The Building Executive will support the day‑to‑day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring smooth tenant experiences and high service standards. This role sits within a fast‑growing facilities management company and works closely with internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily property administration and operations.
• Respond to tenant enquiries, feedback, and requests.
• Coordinate tenant‑related works such as fit‑outs, reinstatements, and improvement projects.
• Liaise with external service providers to maintain agreed service standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues.
• Manage access permits, tenant movements, viewing arrangements, and other property‑related requests.
• Prepare reports, meeting materials, tenant communications, and operational documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Property/Building/Real Estate Management (or related) with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma with 5 years.
• Experience in property or facilities management, preferably in a commercial or mixed‑use environment.
• Strong understanding of property operations, tenant management, contractor coordination, and basic maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, independent, service‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
