Building Information Modelling (BIM) Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive BIM Technician to develop, update and maintain accurate BIM models and construction drawings for our projects in Singapore. You will work closely with project teams to ensure design information is consistent, coordinated and compliant with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and manage 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and related software.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, M&E and other disciplines, performing clash detection and constructability reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation, model registers, drawing logs and revision records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support submission of drawings and models to clients, consultants and authorities.
• Participate in coordination meetings, design reviews and site inspections to verify progress and update models.
• Assist in developing BIM execution plans, standards and best‑practice workflows.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in BIM modelling within the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit

• Proficiency with BIM coordination and clash detection tools
