Business Analysis Intern - YTP Program

About the role

This Business Analysis Intern role sits within Deutsche Bank's Wealth Management Transformation team and contributes to the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions that improve client and sales management. As part of the YTP program, you will support transformation initiatives focused on Agentic AI and digital innovation, working with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to analyse processes, gather requirements and support AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of Agentic AI use cases in client and sales management.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare business presentations, process documentation and project updates.
• Take part in testing, user feedback sessions and solution rollout activities.
• Analyse data and business outcomes to support decision-making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in financial services, digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with data analysis, process mapping or AI technologies is an advantage.
