Business Analyst, Global Finance Process

About the role

Join a leading hearing‑aid company as a Business Analyst supporting global finance processes. You will work on high‑impact strategic projects that drive finance transformation across Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Order‑to‑Cash functions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements for global finance functions.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to validate requirements and design solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT teams and implementation partners.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress and manage risks and issues.
• Support testing, system and process improvements, and develop reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring.
• Assist Global Process Owners with governance, reporting, communications and change‑management deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Internship or work experience in consulting, business analysis, finance transformation or process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions in a fast‑paced environment.
